DR.PRATIBHA NADIG
Dr. Pratibha Nadig is a seasoned Clinical Pharmacologist and Medical Educationist with over 30 years of experience in medical education and drug research. Her career has been marked by her dedication to translational research and precision medicine, with a particular focus on improving healthcare for patients from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Throughout her tenure, Dr. Nadig has led numerous research projects across various clinical domains, including nutraceuticals. She has a robust history of collaboration with business development teams, enhancing the market reach of pharmaceutical products through her expertise. At the KIMS Hubli and Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Bangalore, Dr. Nadig has been instrumental in training faculty in medical education technology and mentoring M.B.B.S., M.D., and Ph.D. students in pharmacology. Her leadership extended to establishing a pharmacovigilance unit and the central animal facility, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research, and serving as the member secretary of the Institutional Ethics Committee at VIMS and RC. In her previous role at Natural Remedies Pvt Ltd, she led the Pharmacology department at the R&D center, overseeing the preclinical and clinical development stages of new product development, from conception to commercialization. Currently, Dr. Nadig is actively engaged in academia while conducting research aimed at establishing precision medicine applications in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and Type 2 diabetes. Her ongoing work continues to influence the fields of pharmacology and medical research significantly. -
MS.PRIYANKA NADIG
As a manufacturing professional with over 13 years of experience, I have closely observed the transformative journey of Industry 4.0. This revolution emphasizes the integration of digital technologies, automation, and data exchange in manufacturing processes, leading to the creation of smart, interconnected systems. I strongly believe that as the manufacturing industry progresses, embracing digital transformations and adhering to Industry 4.0 principles are essential. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies will empower us to address new challenges and seize opportunities that revolutionize supply chain operations and the entire manufacturing process flow. Notably, advanced manufacturing technologies such as Additive Manufacturing are poised to make significant contributions, reshaping the future of various sectors including Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Tool and Die, and Aerospace, where precision and reliability are paramount. As a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from The University of Sheffield, UK, I have cultivated a robust academic foundation to enhance my practical expertise. Dr. Siddharth Gosavi
Siddharth Gosavi is currently a Consultant in Internal Medicine at Nano Hospitals Uttarahalli and Saraswati Speciality Clinic Nagarbhavi. Previously, he served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Internal Medicine at Kasturba Medical College Manipal. Siddharth completed his MD in General Medicine/Internal Medicine at JJM Medical College Davanagere and holds a DNB in Internal Medicine, awarded by the National Board Of Examinations, New Delhi. As an active researcher in Internal Medicine, Siddharth has published extensively in recognized databases such as Pubmed, Scopus, and the Directory of Open Access Journals. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the Cureus Journal of Medical Science. In addition to his medical career, he is an accomplished singer with multiple studio recordings. Siddharth is a Member of the American College of Physicians, an Academic Life Member of the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India, a Life Member of the Association of Physicians of India and Karnataka Chapter, an Academic Life Member of the Innovative Physicians Forum, a Life Member of the Indian Society of Hypertension, a Life Member of the Indian Association of Clinical Medicine, an Annual Member of the Clinical Infectious Diseases Society of India, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Education. His contributions to the field have been recognized with several awards, including the ACP Early Career Physician Award 2022 and the Dr. M Vishwanathan Poster Award 2020. -
Dr. Nanjaraje Urs
Nanjaraje Urs, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Clinoquent Research Pvt Ltd, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the Bio-Pharma and Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry. Holding a Master’s Degree in Life Science and Business Administration, he is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and possesses a Diploma in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (DQA&RA). His career has been marked by a series of significant achievements, dedicated nearly two decades to Clinical Research, Project Management, Quality Management, and General Management. Notably, he served as the Former Director of Clinical Operations & Quality Management (QM) for India & Sri Lanka at IQVIA. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director at PPD, where he established the Center for Clinical Management (CCM) and managed leadership responsibilities across five Central Asian countries. In addition to his executive roles, Nanjaraje Urs contributes as a Member of the Board of Studies (BOS) at the School of Management, Presidency University, Bengaluru. His life membership with the India Society for Clinical Research (ISCR) underscores his enduring dedication to the Clinical Research Industry in India. -
Dr. Santosh Kumar Yatnatti
With an M.B.B.S., M.D. in Community Medicine, and a Masters in Vitality and Ageing from The Netherlands through the prestigious Leyden Academy Scholarship, I possess over 9 years of teaching and research experience in Geriatrics and Tuberculosis. My work has been acknowledged and supported by various national and international entities, including WHO-SEARO, the SAARC TB and HIV center in Nepal, and as a co-founder of the DST-DERBI NIDHI PRAYAS project. I've provided technical assistance in developing elderly care modules for PHC medical officers under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) and WHO India. My international consultancy work has significantly contributed to the geriatric curriculum across WHO-SEARO countries. Additionally, I am actively engaged as a mentor for various ageing and health incubators. My expertise in aged policy led to an invitation to the G20, C20 working group. In recognition of my contributions to geriatric health services, I received a STATE AWARD from the Chief Minister of Karnataka on behalf of Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore, alongside Dr. Prabha Adhikari from the Department of Medicine. Furthermore, I have served as a panel member for discussions on “AGE FRIENDLY KARNATAKA” organized by the Ministry of Women, Child, Disability, and Senior Citizen, Government of Karnataka. Academically, I hold 1 patent and have published 13 research articles in addition to contributing to 3 book chapters on Healthy Ageing in a Changing World. I am also a reviewer for various esteemed national and international journals. -
Ms. Jayashree Mathapati
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology and over three years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, I have honed my skills in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. I am proficient in data management, patient recruitment, regulatory documentation, and research study documentation. My expertise in clinical research has led me to take on responsibilities within an Ethics Committee, where I managed the organization of meetings, scheduling, and planning, as well as the documentation and record keeping. My role also involved compliance monitoring, research and analysis, and communication about guidelines and decisions. Additionally, I developed education and training programs to ensure all relevant parties were well-informed and prepared with the necessary materials. Currently serving as a Research Officer, my responsibilities include assisting in the documentation processes of the company, drafting protocols, case report forms, and informed consent forms. I also prepare final documents post-review by the Director, download research articles, handle external correspondences for publication, and manage any other relevant documentation work.
